Swimmingpool
Below the garden, the swimming pool, with a large panoramic terrace, dominates the breathtaking landscape of our valley. Furnished with deck chairs and umbrellas.
Parking
The Resort has a large private fenced area for the exclusive use of guests used as parking for cars and motorcycles.
Garden and Estate
The farmhouse is surrounded by a vast garden with a variety of roses, lemons, rosemary, sage, ancient boxwood and variegated plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Pet Friendly Access
Small pets are allowed inside the Resort. To allow us to welcome your pet friend in the best possible way, we suggest you contact us a few days before arrival.

Kitchenette: kitchen cabinet suitable for preparing small meals.
Cleaning of the apartment carried out at check-in and check-out included. The cleaning of the room, beds and kitchenette is not carried out on the days in between. For a fee, on request.
Parking at your disposal in the square next to the swimming pool. Parking is permitted only and exclusively in the area indicated by the signs.
Voluntarily, for a stay away from “Stress” truly in contact with nature, the rooms and apartments are devoid of both television and telephone. However, the area is covered by mobile telephones.
Access to the swimming pool is permitted from check-in to check-out. After check-out time (11:00) it is possible to access the swimming pool with a supplement: weekdays €12; Saturday €15; Sunday €20 (per person).
The swimming pool and restaurant are also open to external guests. During the week, events, dinners or snacks can be organized for guests outside the farmhouse. It is absolutely forbidden to bring your own food and drinks into the pool area. Leave the external areas clean and tidy.

Check-in Check-out
Check-in: from 3 PM.
Check-out: within 11 AM.
Early check-in: in case you like to arrive before official check-in time: if the room is available, with pleasure, you can access in the room with no additional cost, otherwise it is necessary to wait for the official time.
Late check-out: 2 PM euro 20.00 for each people – 7 pm euro 39.00 for each people.
Late check-in: after 8 PM to 10 PM euro 40,00. From 10 PM to midnight euro 60,00 to be paid at check-in.
